Biography

Professor with extensive administrative experience in addition to research and teaching. Former Senior Research Fellow and Lecturer in the UK with international academic/research experience. Possess a diversified background in practical and theoretical aspects of crime reduction/prevention, policing, international/comparative criminal justice, and criminal justice administration. Successful recipient of various central and local government grants.
