Biography

Dr. Walsh is a Criminal Justice Sciences Professor and earned his Ph.D. from the City University of New York. He currently conducts research in several areas including violent crime and victimization, family violence, communities and crime and scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL). He has published more than 20 articles on a wide range of violence and victimization topics. He is a member of several professional organizations inslucing: ASC, ACJS, MCJA and HRWG.
